Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran 8 miles after fitness room intramurals. After a mile warm-up I ran 4 x 1 mile at tempo pace. It was on a bit of a hilly course. (Bromley and into Churchville) My times were 6:30, 6:35, 6:21, 6:13. Ran a half mile easy in between each one and a mile and a half cool down. Hamstrings are a bit sore.
