Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ended up being an out of the ordinary day. Spent all morning going out and back to Boston to take Cristiam to the airport. I was pretty gassed when I got home cause we woke up so early, so I had to chill and work at home. I eventually made it into Conte in the late afternoon. Made my way over to the gym to get something in since I was feeling rutty last weekend. Took a few loops, ankle feeling better even with the brace but its still tender and sore. I alternated with laps and the bike and that kept things fresh and kept me going. Not a whole lot of kids around. This helped me shake it off and get back into the grind for this retrospective week.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Good stretch and roll, ankle still hurting when I stretch it a lot. Wow. Its fine walking around but I wouldnt mind if it got better running too. I can tell its been a while and this is when I feel like I need running the most.
