Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Hills at Reno. Did five straight hills and was planning to do three diagonals. I felt so nauseous after the five first ones that I couldn't do the next ones. I felt like I was going to fall over and maybe even throw up. I'm really frustrated that I didn't continue because the workout was going really well up until then. I need to start taking better care of myself as I ramp up training this break.
