3-mile Tempo

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did a 5 mile run with a 3 mile tempo in the middle. Felt decent, and could've pushed that last mile harder. Did it all on MacArthur because it's flat and there is only one light. Running the tempo part alone was good because I could focus all of my energy on the tempo, but the steady miles at the beginning and end were boring and slow.

My splits for the three miles of the tempo are:
1. 6:25
2. 6:21
3. 6:30
