Three Bridges and a Ferry

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran down and back along the East River, turning at the Staten Island Ferry. Weather was super crummy—the mist and rain and wind was fine on the way down, but it was very strongly in my face on the way back.

I’m generally feeling okay about my training effort this week. I had a good 5 reps on the hills but I wish I could’ve kept going. Other than that, I’ve had strong steadies and a focused tempo. I can do a better job with strength next week. I may work in stairs for a workout this week while I’m here in New York.
