Weather: nice temp
Comments:
The ground was really wet with leaves which made the road really slippery. Splits were: 6:16 5:59 5:37 5:22 5:06 for a total of 28:22. My last mile was 8 seconds faster when we did this workout the first week of September, but I think my total time today was a little faster. Pretty good workout to close a solid week of training.
