Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Thought ankle was good enough to make a go at it. With the brace on it won't turn but it still is sore and tender and I can definitely feel it running. Took it easy and flat around down, just down to Cascadilla St on Plain, then back on Aurora and Geneva. At this pace, not to bad. It was pretty cold out today.
Essentials: Stretch, ankle band
Not too tight enough for a full scale stretching, but I tired to work on my ankle. I think thats why its been bothering me so much, no real rehab or icing, just letting it deswell on its own. Think the swelling is down but serious strengthening needs to be done now. I think moving it around, not too strenuously, should be good for it at this point.
