Comments:
MacArthur to LF Branch trail, meandered up the hills of Samson’s neighborhood to Westmoreland and up Western to River. On to CCT, and Mass to home. Layered up and may have overcompensated because I was hot on some parts of the run. Felt slow, but it was an enjoyable run. Nice to run after two days indoors, but I definitely understand why now that we haven’t been able to go outside. Got two nice 500s in yesterday inside Safeway, along with some fun strength—I’m going to not do strength today and call yesterday my day off.
