Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran a tempo run with the distance runners at track practice today. Did a 1/2 mile warm-up and stretch, then 10:00 easy (7:40 mile pace), 30:00 tempo, 10:00 cool down. Did 7 miles total. During the 30 minute tempo we got in about 4 and 1/2 miles. Had a 6:50 in there, a 6:45 and a 6:32. Felt good. Wind chill was 40 degrees warmer than yesterday.
