Small but good group this morning:

Ran Bates loop, then headed to the track. Felt pretty good this morning: ankle wasn't that stiff, and I slept a lot better last night.

Two laps into the sprints and I got "sudden-onset shitty knee" again! F! Went from nothing to walking in about 75m. Done after two laps.

I did some back stretches...but...I don't actually think it's the back. I think it's super-stiff medial quad. I watched and coached from the infield after that...

Weights: only did the band work, then "breakfast". Solo 'til Thornton showed at around 7:30.
