Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Speed workout on the indoor track. Did 4x200, 5x400, 3x200. 200's were followed with 200 meter jogging recovery. 400's were 2 minutes walking rest.
Splits were 34-35 for all of the 200's. 400's were 68, 67, 67, 68, 73. Last one was slow because I was planning on doing an 800.
