Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran mostly with Jacoby and Corbin in Sacred Leaf Hunting. Joined by Levi, Jeff, and Matt Siff for a bit. Nice weather, although the jump from around ten degrees to sixty over the past week is slightly disconcerting. 8 striders afterwards, one set of weights before practice, and crunches, pushups, and clams following.
