Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran the anchor leg of the 4x800 and the 1200 (first leg) of the DMR. Felt consistent on the 8; indeed I ran a 70 and then 72. On the 12, I had no idea what to expect since I'd never run one before. Anthony told me to be aggressive, so I ended up running somewhat of a stupid race... I've paced so well in races lately and it felt weird to kind of sabotage myself mid-race by being overly-aggressive. I did not intend to be as overly-aggressive as I was. I definitely got something out of the race though since I worked my legs hard. It felt kind of nice to push the middle. Enjoyed watching all the other Hoppers race--a solid day down at Episcopal.
