Comments:
Well knee wasnt as tender as I thought today, so I ventured out. Good good shake out. After this week, I definitely needed that. It was pretty cold too. I kept it nice and easy, simple mileage. Dont want anything to flare up. I did wear some extra bracing on my knee, forgot how annoying those sleeves are.
Essentials: Stretch, ankle bands, roll
Not too gassed when I got back actually. Still wouldnt say I feel inshape at all. Took the time to stretch everything out, focused on some ankle strength as well, and thought rolling might release some of the achy in my knee. Overall feeling better than last night at looking forward to longer mileage
