Comments:
Quiet day in the lab, and I just grinded out the work. I was looking forward to running actually, especially after this weekend. It was kinda cold out, gym was closed, so I went out the the stadium and came back through campus. Felt like I hadnt missed anything. Smooth, ankle good. Ok pacing. Not to many people out so I kept into myself. Wow, I know I complain about it, but just getting in the run made me feel so much better, it always does.
Essentials: Stretch
Just jumped into the car and made it home, didnt want to stretch out in the cold. Not feeling as sore as I would think. Actually, legs feel better after running than they did yesterday just lounging.
