Comments:
Jenna was nice enough to stick with me for the run, and I'm really glad because I had a really nice time running and chatting with her. We compromised in length by going just to the top of BK and back which was the longest run I've done in a while. I was limping from hip pain by the time I got back, but I think it was totally worth it because I was feeling so frustrated with constant cross training, and since my hip was hurting either way, I might as well have gotten a good run in on a nice day.
