Comments:
Ran the mile with Levi. I was seeded first and got closed in on going around the first turn. Made my way to the top pack, and will keep in mind for the future not to pass on the curves, pass as I come out of them. I engaged the pack well this race though, tucking in and running consistent middle laps. Need to kick with 400 left though instead of 200. Felt pretty awful before the race and during it, but finishing was cathartic and I feel better now. I shaved 13 seconds off from when I ran the 1600 (which is obviously a bit shorter than this race) last month, so I'm happy with the improvement.
