Slept poorly last night: another "eating too late" episode, I guess.
I was hoping to do a work, but I realize that doing any training when sleep is bad is, well, a bad idea.
Worked in the AM, came home, did some stuff around here, then worked more in the PM.
No run, no bike, no weights, "no problem". :-p
