Weather: late afternoon
Comments:
Slept IN (like 11 hours sleep?), got up at 9:30, and was hungry. We cut up this gigantic-ass cinnamon roll I got yesterday, which was mostly bread, and CA made it into french toast, which was good. :-p
Did work (updating this!), then finally got out for something at 4:30
The ankles were suuuuuuper stiff, and still are, but they came around on the ride. Ride was a little taxing on the uphills, but otherwise good. The nose-breathing was also tougher.
PM:
- home quick, then to the paint store, then weights
- groceries, home, coaching
Solid day!
Run miles aren't huge, but two rides a week (2hrs, +16 miles?) is a nice addition.
