Comments:
Made up for yesterday. Got into lab, got what I wanted to get done, then came back and hit the streets. It was starting to get a little dark and I just made it. Noticed that the roads were still a little slushy and icy so I took my time. Also wanted to be careful down at the school since thats where I busted my ankle last time. Starting out, felt real comfortable, recharged from yesterday. Not fast though it took me a lot of effort to hold my pace and feel smooth, but I could do it. Coming back up the hill slowed down a little bit and then kept it easy coming back since that was the slickest part. Ankle feels great, starting to get a little rubbing on my heel from the brace but otherwise its comfortable on.
Essentials: Stretch
Ok stretch legs kinda sore, they were actually pretty sore this morning, I think more from not running. They feel much better after running than not though.
