Exercise Type: Run
Weather: misty, not bad
Comments:
Worked in the AM, did some other work, then got out for an easy run.
Ran with nose-breathing, to UO, a lap barefoot, then Fairmount back to work. Five strides on the turf.
Ankle was OK today. Not awesome, but not bad. Stiff in the first half-mile, then occasionally sore.
Worked THE HINGE, plus whole-footed pawback.
Interesting:
Hinge = hip loading (butt back) = improved RIGHT hip hinge-foldling = all my shit is better:
- right SIJ
- right abs
- right knee
- right foot-ankle
All about that hinge (and right butt out > left)!
Weights right afterward, then home.
