Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
More writing all day and I knew when it was time to pause, go for a run, and recharge. It turned out to be nice and sunny today actually, but still on the cold side. I put on extra clothes to be safe. My mind just shut off while I was running today, I just went along and felt very relaxed and released. Took the pace naturally and then tried to kick it into the gym, but I could sense that I was struggling a bit there. Dont have quite as much speed as I am accustomed to right now. In the gym, took off the ankle brace and did a little shake out, it felt fine actually. I dont trust myself outside, but its good to start building it up.
Essentials: Stretch
First time in the gym this semester, and its been a while, had to take some time to get to it. I just did a simple easy stretch, legs felt kinda sore. They felt good from running, not necessarily running. Jogged back to the parking lot as it was getting much colder out. Im glad I went when the sun was up.
