Comments:
Ran a workout after school, up and down Vroom Road. It was really cold out. Did a mile warm up and then a ladder workout: 1-2-3-4-5-5-4-3-2-1 minutes hard, each followed by 2 minutes easy. (30 minutes hard, 20 easy...50 total). Felt good.
