Comments:
Finally felt like I had enough of a base to justify joining the Intervals people for a workout, so I went. 6x1000m intervals with 3 minutes rest at the University track. Again, since this is the first thing relating to effort I've done in a while, I kept it chill, and did the minimum number of reps. Started out around 4:20s, then racheted it down til I finished at 3:55. Effort all felt very relaxed, not even close to strained. So definitely a good workout! I'll try to tailor their workouts so I can do more race-pace stuff, but I missed doing workouts with people, so I'll try to make this a habit!
