When I got in, stomach feeling a little cramped so I didnt overdo it. Also, noticed that the sun was starting to set real fast so I didnt dally around much. Workout was

DB Seated Press x10 (15 lbs)
DB Row x10 (15 lbs)
DB Front Raise x10 (15 lbs)
