Actually had fun with Anthony's aqua jogging workout 2 times ladder workout: up and down the ladder with 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 second hard increments, 30 seconds in between. Felt hard by the second ladder, but not exhausting. Saw Page Lester for the second time this week.
