Weather: Hot very muggy
Comments:
First run post 10 miler on Thursday. Did the first half in 8:28 per mile, with overall time of 8:48 per. Good icing of the left knee - need to keep stretching. Lets target 11 miler for Saturday, with target of sub 60 min for Thurs 7.1 miler. Lets go the easy 5.7 on Tues PM
