Off to work late this Monday am. A 40+ mile week so I wanted to get an early start...leaving room for recovery as needed. Set out for just an easy 5 and didn't feel too bad throughout. Didn't take water and was quite dry on the return. Nice even pacing with a slight negative split: 22:45 out 22:10 in. A good start to what I expect to be a tough week.
