Weather: high 40s, dry, nice!
Comments:
Small group: just Daelyn and Kurt. Easy Bates-Plus, then x6 laps of straights-curves.
Felt GOOD in the hinge = better hip-knee lift!
Slept crappy last night and "hungover" a bit today...
