Seattle - run from Queen Anne to Discovery Park with CA

Weather: 50, misty, gray

Comments:
Slept...OK, but woke up feeling hungover. Ate a lot of crap yesterday, and a lot of it could've had butter or dairy in it.

Felt ROUGH on this run: both stiff (which is understandable, two days, post-Constitutional), but just cranky and fatigued -- which is food-related.

Ran on a bike path, west toward Discovery Park, which is a peninsula part in NW Seattle, on the Sound. Took about 3 miles to get there, then a nice 3-mile trail loop, then back.

Good run with CA, but...just felt like ASS. Talked nearly the whole time about Maddy. We're really worried about her disordered eating.

Grinded the last few miles to get back.

Rest of the day:
- got back at 8:45, and Maddy was up (and claimed to have eaten last night's sandwich - which is possible)
- packed up and hit the Pike Place Market (way cooler when actually open)
- breakfast at a diner-restaurant above the market, overlooking the Sound (she got 3 huge pancakes and ate 1.3 of them)
- packed up and drove home!

I worked most of the drive home, and Maddy slept while CA drove.

Good...ish weekend, but "heavy". Tired.

Rest of the day:

- home to unpack
- Inshape to lift
- dropped rental car off
- first beer since Thursday, at Coldfire, watching the 4th quarter of the Superbowl.
