Weather: mid 40s, damp
Comments:
Crappy sleep and gassy again - slept on the couch 'til like 9, then woke up crappy.
Decided I'm gonna go hardcore and start the SIBO diet, which is basically: "no more fun of any kind".
NO:
- caffiene (not sure why)
- beer
- any carbs (grains, sugars)
- chocolate (not even dark)
So...today: no AM coffee, no PM beer. Felt HUNGOVER. Ugh. Brutal.
That, and I was damn tired from yesterday! Ran easy to Spencer Butte for a mile-ish barefoot, but my heel didn't like that. Ran back via Amazon to In Shape. Had a decent lift, but was TIRED.
"Breakfast" at 2:30 PM, then I NAPPED 'til like 5!
