Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Turned out to be a nice sunny day. I got in and did some solid work then came back to just chill out and recharge. Got out on the roads a little late as it was getting dark. Therefore, stuck to the easy path and could just go and cruise. Way out actually felt really smooth and strong. I think the pace was solid. Coming back, I could feel fatigue but tried to keep it up pace and steady. Negative split a little bit so I guess it worked. Can already tell how much easier this is than 2 months ago when mileage was pretty scarce. Hope its enough for 10 miles of hills. Made it back just as it was getting really dark.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Good stretch legs feeling great. Back a little bit sore after stretching, might have leaned on it while rolling. ITs are solid though
