Comments:
Conte ghost town, but that meant I could catch up on some stuff and propel others forward. Didnt feel like stretching it too much today, so came back rather early to chill. Also enjoy the warmer weather. Legs and body pretty sore from yesterday though, especially in the morning when I got up. Rest and release it with some shakeout runs this week.
