Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran to Gates Chili and did a mini-speed workout on the track. After a mile and a half warm-up, ran 2 sets of 200-200-400-400-200-200. 40 second jog after each 200 and 60 second jog after each 400. Wanted to run at current 5 mile "race pace" and be progressive. 2 miles total. My times were 45-45-90-89-44-43; 43-42-86-82-39-36. Easy cool down. Legs are tired. Not sure if I want to take next week off or train easy and put in a lot of miles to build up for spring.
