Comments:
I was in in the morning after catching up on sleep. Feeling tired though. It was nice and sunny out I wish the race was today. Came back and chilled then went out, it wasnt that cold. Took it nice and easy shake out. Went pretty slow in the beginning then came back at a more natural pace. Honestly, legs didnt feel that srpingy or fast. I just felt slow today. Not really looking forward to the potentially shit weather tomorrow also. Hope I can get out and feel comfortable.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Got back, stretch and roll out to get legs fresh. IT is a little tight honestly, felt fine running just feel it afterwards.
