Comments:
Up early for a morning run. At least it was sunny out. Starting out obviously sluggish since I literally rolled out and hit the road. Eitherway, worked into it nicely. Not as sore as I thought I would be. Coming back through Amherst College, shin tightened up a little bit but it went away after shaking it off. It was a nice morning.
Essentials: Stretch
Quick stretch. Calves most sore. Doesnt feel like I did a 10 miler though I have recovered a lot since Monday. Feels good go get up and get it in when you need to
