Felt good, wasn't really thinking about running. It was a faster pace that I'm used to for distance but I'm realizign that is pretty normal. We started at 8:04 pace and ended up at 8:30 or slower. We did a ton of core workouts afterwards which I realy liked! The calf raises may make me sore. I am so excited for a hard week next week in the big skinny state of CA!
First learned about cholesterol and L__'s and H__'s (can't remember what they were) and Jackie tried to put it in layman's terms for me. I tried to understand, really I did!
