AU?! First week?! Love it.
Not really, but it was a good day. Ran mostly with Jack, using good teamwork to pace through fartlecks and various pacing drills that involved shaving five seconds off of each lap in a four lap series. Admittedly, our pacing was terrible, but it was a good effort for the first week. I felt pretty sore, but also weirdly bouncy– I guess just the magic of being back out on the track! Knee lift was poor though and we weren't going as fast as it felt we were obviously. Good run back with a fun distance group.
1 set of A day lifts beforehand, and crunch and pushup progression at the start of practice.
