Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 50s, sunny nice!
Comments:
BUSY day: 4 clients and all my coaching. Barely got it done, even late into the PM.
Ran the warm-up with the kids. Felt stiff but otherwise good energy. Did some "Strides" in the act of coaching their 8s and 2s.
Practice:
Daelyn is back. Gary did a good job of quelling things and coming to some resolution. She's only going to miss one more Friday...so she says.
Kids looked good-to-outstanding in the 8s:
- Hunter & Callan: 2:28 to 2:36 or so
- Kyler: 2:40s
- Amar: 2:50s
- Kurt: high 2:50s
Girls:
- Maddy: started at 3:13 (too slow), then down to 3:0x, then 2:52 last!
- The trio (Daelyn, Sam, Jaesa): around 3:0-high to 3:15. Solid
200s: SUPER-fast, mostly. Impressive.
NO yoga: just didn't have time.
PM: "janked" my neck, somehow. Could've been from demo'ing nerve stretches.
