Easy slog to In-Shape

Comments:
BAD. DAY.

Sweated out some nasty shit (could be a bacterial die-off, says my naturopath) over night -- woke up drenched in sweat after midnight.

Today: BAD DAY. Zero energy, super grumpy, felt like ass. I feel really bad for Callie; they're just tough days.

Did a bunch of HS coaching and make-up paperwork shit I let slide 'til today. Didn't do ANY client coaching.

Finally got my ass moving toward the gym: shuffled 2 miles to In-Shape, where I met Callie to lift.

PM:

- went to Micah and Alexis' for a beer. Had a not-awful gluten-free beer (my first alcohol in 10 days)
- home to eat. Felt better by the evening.
