AM Practice- 'Round Pisgah

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: high 30s, but nice!

Comments:
Saturday morning practice. We met at 6:45AM to accommodate some of our kids, who had school and other conflicts.

I ran with the long group: Callan, Kyler and Maddy. We did around Pisgah, the 7.2 mile, 1000' loop. Kept it fairly chill, but grinded (purposely) the final 2.5 miles or so.

Callie took the short group with the rest of the kids.

Pretty good run, but still feeling stiff. Ankle is better.

Ankle: doing **fibular glides**:

- superior (the biggie)
- AP, PA

When you laterally strike, the fibula can get pulled inferiorly, causing that impingment.

Rest of the day:
- breakfast at Sundial (gluten free)
- home improvements! Sanded the drywall (and made a huge mess)
- PM: dinner at home, went for a walk after dark
- started to not feel very good...
