Comments:
Daylights Savings didnt help me any this morning. Still woke up at noon. I do enjoy the extra sun. Got out for a nice sunny run. Kinda cold but could bear the shorts. Very consistent and strong today, especially up the hills. Nice releasing run. Sidewalks are all clear so I could keep the pace up. Can tell its spring break, its really quiet around town.

Essentials: Stretch

Simple stretch, ITs feeling tight. May take a few days to get back into rhythm. Also needing new shoes. I wanted to get them when I got back from APS. These ones served me well but are feeling shot.
