AC Loop + Lincoln

Comments:
A snow day today. I had a hard time waking up I was so sleepy. It was fine though worked at home, went in to tinker around then came back and got ready to run. It was pretty snowy and I wasnt up for a long run, didnt want to bust my ankles since I couldnt see the sidewalks. Went nice and easy around campus then through town and back by Pratt. Since its spring break and a snow day, town was essentially deserted. I stayed comfortable throughout. Right Achilles was a tad bit tight.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Felt so flexible and good stretching. Even though the flow running wasnt as smooth felt like it was enough to shake out. Checked my shoes and they are demolished, really need to get new ones this weekend. I dont even know whats out now, havent been keeping up with my mileage level. Thats exciting.
