Comments:
Hill work with the Intervals group! Solid workout, 8x the hill on Elm Drive, with downhill recovery. Most of the ups hovered between 6:30 and 6:45 pace, except for the last couple where my stomach started to complain a bit. But it was fine, felt good, solid effort. Not going too hard considering I've finally got a race coming up on Saturday!
