Comments:
finally got to run a workout, but i could tell i hadn't run one for 23 days. my legs were a little tired but i didn't feel sore at all thankfully. went out about right and then picked it up, especially in the second mile. not the best tempo i guess but still felt pretty good and i was just glad i was able to run hard again.
