The run was meh. I felt ok the whole time but not great. Meening I wasent able to just relax and cruise it took a pretty solid effort. But you cant always feel good so whatever. I actually thought I was going to taper this week but according to my coach im actually bumping up to 75 miles this week. Should be fun.
