Comments:
Its still cold out but nice and sunny. I wanted to enjoy is after grinding in the office today. Starting off the week with a more positive vibe. Ill be honest was pretty tired this morning. Timing for run was good. Shoes may take a little getting used to, they were kinda slippy and unfamiliar actually. Felt strong throughout though. Took some sections easy cause I felt a little unsteady, but pushing it most of the way. Came back down Lincoln and along Pratt to finish up.
Essentials: Stretch
Hung up my wet laundry first, so I was kinda tight when getting to stretching. Still tight a little bit also since I didnt run yesterday. Hope to work on that getting the mileage back up. Havnt done much since I got back from APS. Everything else feeling smooth.
