felt bad today. combo of not eating enough (I think) and my legs felt tight. felt kinda cranky all day... dunno what that was about. anyways:
tempo was a tad slow...
only did 2 hills because they kinda hurt. and by kinda I mean quite a bit.
I MISS RUNNING IN CLEVELAND!!! (specifically with Blaire. and Jenna. and Anna Taylor.)
