Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
We went for a long run and then found our 1 rep max for backsquats and bench press.
I was so tired all day and after practice I was so grateful to go home and that it was spring break.
Backsquats: 165 (I think?)
Bench press: 105
Probably could've done more on the bench press if I put more effort into it.
