Comments:
Up and out today. I woke up a bunch of times in the night then got right up at 630 to get out there. Starting out, sluggish, it was still dark. Felt pretty good though. It had rained out last night and the birds were chirping, felt more and more like spring. The sun comes up as you go along which is real nice. Didnt over exert throughout, kept it pretty chill.
Essentials: Stretch
A quick stretch and hpe into shower when I got back. I felt pretty tight actually while stretching, and now my legs are pretty sore.
